How to End NBA Tanking Take 2

Back in February, I wrote something about ending tanking in the NBA.

In retrospect, I’m not sure why I sent it out in this newsletter because I usually save my NBA thoughts for my blog. You seem to have been equally confused because most of you didn’t read it.

So anyway, I have written about a new proposal on my blog, instead of here. You are welcome to read it if you are interested.
